Would you like to enjoy fly fishing on a beautiful sunny day? Visit Carlogie Dam Fishings in Angus today! You can go fly fishing for steelhead, blue, gold and brown trouts, and landlocked salmon here in our fishery. We request all brown, and gold trout caught to be returned to us after fishing.
The fishery offers a special price for a block booking of 10 visits, and a similar deal for OAPs, club juniors and visitors with special needs. They can also arrange corporate events tailored to your needs.
They have comfortable and cosy fishing huts, where they can provide their guests with cold and hot refreshments to keep them happy throughout the day.
The fishery opens at 9 am and closes half an hour after dusk. Evening sessions are available from May to September.

Kingennie has trout fishing (rainbow, blue, brown), with bait and fly-fishing on five well-stocked pools year-round. Catches vary according to the season and pool, from fighting trout of 1lb to 'old and cunning' fish of over 15 lbs. We also have coarse fishing on our Blawearie Basin pool, which holds a variety of perch over 3lb and roach over 2lb. The pools have fishing piers and some grass banking. Kingennie Fishings attracts around 10,000 anglers each year. Stocking takes place weekly.
There is Rainbow Trout fishing on all four lochans within the complex including the fly fishing-only Boathouse Pond with fish up to 20lbs, The Bankside Pond which is stocked with fish on average of 2.5 lbs (although there are some much larger fish in here to keep you alert!), the Burnside Pool which is stocked with fish on average of 2lbs is our entry level fly fishing pool, great sport can be had by experts and beginners, and lastly our any method Woodside Pool offers great sport with bait, fly or spinning.

Frandy is equipped with all the amenities expected from the modern-day angler, but at the same time, we are being careful not to affect the fishery’s natural beauty and immediate surroundings.
There is a large car park situated beside the lodge and reservoir making it easy to carry the ever-increasing quantity of fishing tackle to the boats or bank, and assistance is available for anyone who requires it.
Tea, Coffee and snacks can be purchased at the fishery lodge.
There are 14 15′ boats for hire & since 2019 they have now 5hp propane outboards supplied with all the boats. Lifejackets are available for those who do not have their own.

Glenfarg Fishery is on the road to Perth of Condie. It is set in a lovely setting and the fishery has stocks of good wild brownies plus stocked rainbows to 5lbs. Good top-of-the-water fishing. Monday to Friday is catch and release only, catch and keep Saturday and Sunday. All brownies are to be returned, and all injured fish are to be killed and paid for.
Set in the beautiful countryside of Perth & Kinross, the Glenfarg Fishery is a spring-fed reservoir with two nursery pools. The main water hosts large natural brown trout and is supplemented with good-quality farmed rainbows from one and a half to in excess of five pounds.

A 29-acre loch set in spectacular scenery in the Perthshire hills.
It is easy to imagine being in the highlands of Scotland at this scenic fishery yet, amazingly, you are within an hour's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the A9 trunk route only 5 minutes away.
Brown or Rainbow Trout fly fishing from the bank or boat.
Stocked weekly with Rainbow, Blue and Brown Trout from one and a half pounds upwards, with natural wild "Brownies". Catch and release are permitted once the limit has been reached.

Ledyatt Trout Fishery is situated 19 minutes from Dundee City Centre in the heart of the Sidlaw Hills at the top of Tullybaccart on the A923 Dundee to Coupar Angus road which commands spectacular views of the Carse of Gowrie, Dundee, the Tay Estuary and beyond.
Ledyatt is stocked regularly with a good head of Rainbow, Brown and Blue Trout. Many fish run to a trophy weight in excess of 20 lbs.
We also have a children's pool where bait fishing is allowed.
Fishing platforms have been constructed to accommodate 39 anglers, some specially adapted to provide spaces for disabled anglers.
Facilities include a Fishing Lodge offering refreshments and tackle, toilets and ample parking.
The loch area has been landscaped and planted to preserve and enhance the amenity in keeping with its natural surroundings.

Ledcrieff & Lairds Fisheries are situated in the heart of Perthshire near the cities of Perth & Dundee and also nearby the Rivers Tay & Tummel.
Ledcrieff is a crystal clear loch full of hard-fighting, fully finned Rainbow, Blue, Tiger, Brook & Brown Trout up to 20 lbs. Lairds Loch is a world-class coarse fishery and very much a hidden gem in the coarse fishing world.
The fishery comprises of two crystal clear lochs which are abounding with aquatic fly life, and as such top of water sport can be enjoyed for most of the year.
Ledcrieff Loch is preserved as a fly-fishing-only loch. Having been rescued from a history of neglect many many years ago, the owners have restored it to the exemplary condition it is in today.

The Loch is a relatively shallow water of 200 acres which provides rich feeding throughout the year resulting in good quality, grown on trout.
Over the years the members and committee have spent, and continue to spend, hours of hard work to form a first-class Fishery with a deserved reputation for quality hard-fighting, brown, rainbow and blue trout.
Fishing is run from the boathouse, which is adjacent to the B9113 Forfar to Montrose road - you can find a map via Google Maps on the Contact & Find Us page.

Tickets are sold on the understanding that anglers are familiar with and will abide by the rules of the Loch.
The Loch record stands at 17lbs 12 oz for brown trout and 17lbs 10 oz for rainbow trout.

Willowgate Trout & Salmon Fishery is situated on the banks of the legendary river Tay 2 miles from Perth City Centre. The fishery comprises of a 9-acre fly-only trout loch and 4 miles of Salmon fishing on the River Tay. The loch is regularly stocked with grade one fully finned hard fighting Rainbow Trout minimum size 2lb up to 21lb.
There is an abundance of flora & fauna to be seen at the fishery, from the Osprey and Otter giving lessons on how to catch trout, and the deer grazing along the banks to the wild orchids growing on the water's edge.
