I’ve been using the 10lb breaking strain and found it ideal for all my fishing from buzzers up to large lures.
Great turn over and lands and lays perfectly on the water, it’s also a lot less stiff than fluorocarbon, great when you are using a large dry fly on the point and buzzers on the droppers washing line style
